Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Power App Designer/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both front-end and back-end development experience, along with strong UX skills. This role is focused on creating efficient and user-friendly applications that meet the dynamic needs of our business environment. The position requires a proactive individual capable of rapid response and adaptation to changing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
Implement front-end solutions that provide an excellent user experience, utilizing best practices in UX/UI design.
Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs to support application functionality.
Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing applications, responding rapidly to user feedback and business needs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Power Platform development and UX design.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Power Apps development with a strong portfolio of applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (Azure, SQL, etc.).
Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in agile development methodologies and rapid application development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
